At Pinball Arcade Outlet, we offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your new game room centerpiece arrives safely and conveniently. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your item and are displayed at checkout. Please note that the delivery address must be accessible to an 18-wheeler freight truck. If your location requires a smaller truck, please let us know when you place your order.

Important: Upon delivery, please inspect your items immediately. Any damage must be reported to the shipping carrier while they are still present.

Here is a breakdown of our available delivery services:

• Curbside Delivery
  Your item(s) will be delivered on a pallet and left in your driveway, or wheeled into your garage via pallet jack (provided there are no steps or gravel obstructions). For commercial addresses, items will be left at the front of the building or at the loading dock.

• Inside Delivery, No Assembly – Truck Accessible
  We will bring your item(s) inside your home or building and place them in the room of your choice. The item will remain boxed and no assembly will be performed. Please indicate at checkout if stairs are required to reach the final destination.

• Inside Delivery, No Assembly – Truck NOT Accessible
  For locations that cannot accommodate a standard 18-wheeler, we will arrange a smaller truck (a $400 fee applies). Your item(s) will be brought inside and placed in the room of choice. The item will remain boxed and no assembly will be performed. Please indicate at checkout if stairs are required.

• Inside Delivery, With Assembly – Truck Accessible
  We will bring your item(s) inside and place them in the desired room. Our team will then perform up to 30 minutes of light assembly. For pinball machines, this specifically includes installing the legs and hinging the backbox into place. Please note: Pinballs will not be installed, and the buyer is responsible for installing any additional accessories (such as shooter knobs, speaker lights, art blades, or toppers). Please indicate at checkout if stairs are required.

• Inside Delivery, With Assembly – Truck NOT Accessible
  For locations that cannot accommodate a standard 18-wheeler, we will arrange a smaller truck (a $400 fee applies). Your item(s) will be brought inside and placed in the desired room. We will perform up to 30 minutes of light assembly, which includes installing the legs and hinging the backbox on pinball machines. Pinballs and extra accessories are not installed. Please indicate at checkout if stairs are required.

Pinball Arcade Outlet does not guarantee specific delivery dates, as transit times depend on payment processing, product availability, and carrier schedules. Generally, delivery can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Brand new, in-stock items typically ship quickly, while refurbished units may require additional time for cleaning and testing before shipping.
