Our Comprehensive Service & Protection Plan is designed to give you peace of mind, covering both new and refurbished units. For a full year from the date of delivery, we provide expert technical support, including over-the-phone diagnostics and free replacement of any defective components.

To ensure your machine is set up for immediate success, we also cover the cost of labor for your initial service inquiry within the first 30 days of ownership. Please note that this protection does not cover damage resulting from improper use, physical abuse, or unauthorized modifications. Additionally, any unit that has been relocated or serviced by a third party without our prior consent will void this agreement.

Important Coverage Exclusions:

• Vintage equipment (pinball machines and arcades manufactured before 1990)

• Units placed in commercial, non-residential, or rental property environments

• Items explicitly marked as “as-is” at the time of purchase

• Coin mechanisms (these are sold separately and are not eligible for service under this plan)
